Who? Them for building it or you for finding the picture on a Burningman site or me for reading and enjoying this thread?

Burningman, I was there in 96 & 97. I wont be going back, but I'll never forget it.

Yes, you are right it is the Burning Man Festival. The photos were sent to me by friends in Arizona that were there. They go every year and will be there again in August. Not my thing. Great art, Great feat! But don't get your feathers ruffled. Did you build this? Did you help? Or were you sitting there burning man,while it was being done?

I built and took an 8' wide black leather couch with an awning for shade. I put a golf cart drive system in it and steered with a ships wheel from behind the couch sitting in a bucket seat. It did 25mph top speed and had a good range. It had a stereo, disco ball, red and green running lights, a big horn and a keg.

By far the most social and incredibly fun vehicle I have ever seen.

I took it to a car show that had a couple buddies of mine with electric vehicles. I won a trophy for most unual vehicle. I didnt even know I was in the car show.

Yes, I was the....... Couch Captain.
