'54 or '55 first series Chevy or GMC Panel Delivery. You can tell by the curved windshield - dead giveaway.

And that chick is so haggard, she's MERLE Haggard...

Chevy panel - not a delivery - it has two rear doors. My '54 had a single rear door[delivery] with single window.
