Well my 2 cents is as follows: I participate in the forums becase I like cars, trucks, and bikes a LOT! I join in to share info, see what others are doing and learn a thing or two along the way. I'm not so much interested in bashing. I do think unsafe practices should be pointed out and I would expect a knowledgable forum member/s to point it out to me if I was screwing something mechanical up. That being said, I really don't understand the internet bully deal.

Why is the car hobby so divided? Its irritating. I just read about a show that wouldnt let "rat rods" in but some of the pics I saw from the same show looked an aweful lot like some made it in. I guess that could be how one person defines a rat rod. Why cant we just call old hopped up cars hot rods and stop putting cars above others because theyre "traditional"?

Just like some people are quite content trailoring their rides to car shows and buffing out the chrome and shiny uberthousand dollar paint jobs. Others are content on putting hard miles on the street with theirs. Rock chips add character to some yet may be heartattcking to others.
