Just fix the brakes and tires.
Put my motor and trans in it and drive it ...
BUT I HAD TO BUFF IT OUT & PUT THE WHEELS ON IT...

THIS WAS A BAD A.. TRUCK BACK IN THE LATE 70`S OR 80`S

the cragers look good but as a wlid child in the mid 80's I broke a ton of the centers out of those wheels! They are scarey the way they are built! but my chevelle had 15x8's all the way around in 85

Unless you're running good sticky drag slicks and have the beads screwed you'll be ok

Cragar SS wheels on my Chevelle. 454HO 425 HP, 500 ft lbs of torque no problem. You can't beat the look.

What engine and tranny you using in a lite weight pickup that Cragars won"t stand up to? Run a set on a 67 GTO 389 3-deuce m-21 4-speed 411 posi and give it hell and have never had a problem.

THEY WOULD PROB. BE FINE But i like the shinny ones and it has the old Gasser look ,with them .
it is headed to the drag strip when i get it together...!

I like the Cragars They make it look more old school. The Aluminum make it like more like a drag racer.
