Well, gonna take a break from this thread for a while. Since I was asked to document the wiring job, I thought I'd put that in it's own thread. Once the wiring's done I'll probably follow the finish (???) back here.

Tho, I'm concentrating on wiring the thing, ya still have to do some other stuff to get that part done ,too. Grille goes on to hook up front signals.

Now if only those orange legs can go away soon. :D:D

In my opinion, she looks pretty good too Bruce, well done. It's a good feeling to walk into the shop and see the car/truck sitting on it's own rolling stock after it's been on jack stands for a while.

After the wiring was done ( with some minor exceptions ), The steering wheel & column attatchments go on,,,,

After 17 months on stands I half expected her to be stuck up there. With her on the ground it's only a few days before she gets that first ride around the block :D:D:D

I'm really stoked now. Just checked the lighting this eve and turned the engine over. So, I may have done OK in the wiring dept.

Up in smoke!!!

BR&C,
Awesome!!! I love & dread that moment at the same time & am always relieved when the thing doesn't just go up in smoke!!! ; - >

Again, sorry about the movie. 1st attempt
Oh yea Momma heard it ! She had a gig ol' grin from ear-to-ear hearing her Beast growl again.

I think she's gonna really be jazzed when she drives it because R&P makes those trucks drive SO much better. I'm really excited for her!!!

I'm sure she will tho, I get the 1st drive of it. (which still hasn't happened yet)
Tho it did leave the garage today :D

Pics from fri nite/early sat morning.

Mounted spacer for gas pedal. Mounting to the floor kept the pedal from full travel. Had to wait for later sat morning to mount pedal. Got a million nut, bolts & srews laying around & not one long enough to go thru the floor

Also mounted the seat back in. Right now will use the original seat till the wife decides what she wants.
