thanks guys, the paint looks like that from low quality of pic.

i am going to run the original engine for a few reasons, 1-engine runs great and it would be a shame to let it sit it the floor, those enignes really run like sewing machines! 2-the flat head six looks cool and adds to the look. 3- its already in and i dont have to spend a bunch of money!

when i get the doors made, i plan to paint the body flat black, wheels red and white. deciding whether or not to take the front fenders off.

I would let the front susspension decide whether to go fenderless or not. If its somthing to be proud of no fenders.

I like what you've done with it. The flatty 6 sounds like the way to go too.

i will be taking the fenders off this one for the other resto project willys. the fenders on the other one have a lot more rust. if i put the others on this one is how i will decide and i will have to see they will look after modified. i was thinking of moving the fenders out front with the axle.
