What frosts my coconuts is those "public servants" should be trying to help you be successful with your transaction, not trying to find reasons to prevent you from achieving your goal. That's the problem here in Minnesota.

Sure glad you won!

Thanks Bob.

It seems to me that the "system" is trying to make it difficult to register our older vehicles as a way to get us to quit building our hot rods and get us off the roads.

I don't plan on letting that happen. But it does get old fighting the SOBS.

Congratulations on getting legal, POPS.
Just went through that with the Caddy.
There are 2 ways to get a title for a car with out one in Michigan.
One is easier then the other.
I had the paper work done for the easy way. Took it to my local Sec of State office.
They would barely even look at it. Blah blah blah.
Took the same paperwork to the office one town over.
In and out in 20 minutes with a title.
Its all a flip of the coin .......
Torchie

Thanks Torchie

The whole process here shouldn't be as difficult as it is.
Some day I'm going build some thing that is easy to get registered.

Once again, I'm thankful we don't have to have a title on anything over 35 years old. Just makes things so much easier.

Congrats on being legal Pops. Now drive the wheels off of it!

Thanks to all that have shown an interest and commented on this project!

We took the ashes of a good friend and his wife to their favorite fishing spot in Colorado and had a memorial service and celebration for them.

I cut a cross on the Plasmacam and we hung it up a tree overlooking one of the most productive trout fishing creeks I know of.
Eric and I spent lots of time enjoying Gods high country.
RIP ERIC and LINDA DUTTON. They are dearly missed.

My Bride and I then spent 2 weeks in the cool high country. High temp was
74 degrees with frequent showers. I love it!!!

We saw a few {hundred} elk and lots of great country.
