Do you smoke WB? If not i would like to send you a bottle of KM. For anyone whose body needs the minerals in this i can testify that it can relight your fire.
I'm not selling it, i just have to recommend it to everyone i know who might benefit like i did.
I'm 66 and work 12 and 14 hour days.
Would you at least try it if i send it?

OK I gotta ask, What is KM? My wore out body needs all the help it can get.

It's called a liquid Potassium supplement but it has good stuff like Dandelions
and tree bark. :) The results i've seen vary with different people and frankly some people don't need what it has. My first experience was about 15 years ago. I had been taking it for three days and on the third evening i started feeling like my muscles were pumped up like i had been lifting weights. Clear headedness, good sleep, sense of well being and of course energy are what i heard from other people. Once the minerals built up i stopped taking it for several years and still only wanted 5 hours of sleep at night. Eyes popped open and had to get out of bed and do something.

Good idea to wind down a bit WB

you could stay occupied if you get a hobby, so why not build a hotrod OR even something a wee bit different like one of these things
-- btw I wouldn't put a 350 chev engine in it

if i was single (btw i love being married) i would hook this 5th wheel up to the dodge right this minute and go north.
go check out Montana and shoot some prairie dogs or something. do a little fishing, catch up on my reading.
coffee by the lake
you get the idea.

If you were here, I'd take you out prairie dog "hunting. That's about 90% of my shooting.

Wrenching has gotten to be quite iterative to my elbow inflammation. When I try to spin nuts with my fingers, sometimes it feels like someone snapped me with high voltage in the elbow. Now since last fall, the tendons in my right thumb are very tender and I have no strength. I can't swing a hammer with my right hand anymore. And yes Earthman, I would try some of that stuff.

Funny how the "natural" remedies seem to work faster and better than chemically induced, doctor prescribed medicines!:D

sometimes they do
but sometimes they either dont or are down right poisonous.
be aware and do your homework before taking anything.

I have problems falling into doctor prescribed regimens when have only been practicing their whole careers...

A few years ago I started thinking that everything must have a purpose if we are to believe in our Creator (which I do) Every year I fight many weeds like thistle and burdock so I did a little internet snooping and found both have many health benefits. We already know about dandelions and other things that grow wild and are considered as noxious pests. If I every have an accident or trauma, I definitely want a doctor. For most other things, I prefer my own sought out solutions. However, many of them are preventions more than cures.
