I go on Friday as the crowd is lighter, as least in the afternoon. While it's getting expensive to attend, about now it's a welcome & motivating mental break from Midwest winter. I always seem to see some new idea or different approach to solve a problem.

I used to go with a group of guys every year. We started dropping out one by one because of the cost. Tolls, gas, parking and event admission all adds up. Its a decent show and it does kinda help with the winter blues though.

True the Gate & parking co$ts just keep going up each year. But, it seems all I do is work & shovel snow....I need a metal break.

I hear ya. I chose to opt for a local boat and fishing show. Could care less about the boats but love fishing so itll be a good cheap way to get some enjoyment outta this winter
