You're doing good by them but a lot of extra work.

I worked in paint+body shops in dealerships in the 80"s. I saw all kinds of new cars damaged . I used to paint custom vans at one dealer and they were driven to another dealer out of town. One day about 10 vans was going out of town and the 1st one ran into something and all the other vans ran into each other. I made a lot of $$ that week.

Main body in primer. Need to block it with 320 then light coat and 400 when ready fro paint.
