    46 Ford is now home

Alright thanks for the info, I could only make out 3 letters on the plate mounted to the fire wall DAL. I'm a budget builder, I make a good living but I don't have the kinda money some of these builders do to go all in. I do however have a nice sbc 350 with your standard performance add ons a...

    46 Ford is now home

In my new guy thread I have been posting some pics of a field find I got lucky on and bought. I got her home and mocked up so I figured Id share them here as well. Over the last couple of days trying to find out exactly what it is I'm pretty sure it's a 46 ford business coupe but that's not...

    Kinda excited

Your right, that's our small trailer. Usually a 7900 lb cat skid steer plus supplies gets stacked on it, felt kinda weird pulling it with just the car on it. Thx all for the encouragement. I'll post more pics tomorrow.

    Kinda excited

Got her picked up yesterday evening. Probably the easiest pick up of a project I've had yet. Started cleaning her out today but Mommas to do list took up most of the day so tomorrow I'll post some close up pics and start asking questions I'm sure. I'm pretty happy so far, it'll take some work...

    Kinda excited

well its mine now, I'll pick it up this weekend. Looked inside and the heads to the original ford flat head are in it as well as the tranny and most of the stainless. The seat is in it although its just the frame and springs so that's easy to get redone. floor pans are solid and all the...

    Kinda excited

Well, I've never really thought about it but all of the cars I have purchased were simply opportunistic buys. I don't have a specific type of car I look for just one that wont take a fortune to put together. The car is about 2 miles down the road and in my county it doesn't take much to get a...

    Kinda excited

Got some pics Got the ok from the guy to snap some pics. He told me to make an offer but I want him to give the price. Of the 15 or so cars I did get I passed on 10 times that many so there would be no hard feelings if its out my range. It needs quite a bit of work but I'd like to bring it...

    Kinda excited

Well, I've seen this car off in the trees a couple of miles from my house for a couple of years now. About a month ago I pulled in and tried to get a better look but the area I live in is one of "if you don't live here or weren't invited you don't need to be here". I respect that because that's...

    Saved em!

Dang, typed out a whole response and something happened, it didn't save and wouldn't let me submit...said I wasn't logged on. I didn't keep them, I wish I still had a couple of them but my joy comes from bringing them back to life and keeping them affordable enough for the next guy to enjoy...

    Saved em!

Just a few pics of my saves, I don't restore as I'm not that smart but hope you enjoy what I've done. The red and white 55 pancho was the 1st and became the blue pancho. The rest are what they are, brakes 1st, then motor then tranny and lets go.

    New here but been around

Was turned on to this site by a guy on another site, cool I guess. Figured I'd check it out. Started saving classics in 07, yes a late start but have around 15 to my credit. Not all had wow factor but there is a little of me in each one. Prefer 40s and 50s, did a 60s and haven't found a 30s...
