Remove dust cover, pull spark plugs, mark one tooth on flexplate and start counting as you rotate flexplate.

:eek: Personally I think you are asking that 1" tubing to do alot more than it is designed to carry. I would, if it was mine, remove the 1" tubing you have the mounts welded to and replace it with 2x3x1/8(3/16) wall tubing. Safety first.

After seeing the pictures, if it was mine, I would move the motor back till the block and bell housing line up with the kick up on the frame. The way it sets now theres no room for your grill shell. Moving it back would help alot with balance and a smoother ride. just my 2cents.

Connecting the rod ends together isnt that hard. The way I did mine was to measure the distance you need, allowing a couple of inches to thread up on the rod end and ball joint. Have a machine shop bore and thread a sleeve to your measurements that will screw onto the rack rod end and tread the...

So far so good. Handles like a go-cart....:D At 60 mph its smooth as a kitten. The new shocks did help alot also. Thanks for the advise.:)

Problem solved Rainman. I had it toed in instead of out. Kinda hard to do by youself I guess so while at the tire shop one of the guys there help me get it in line and we rebalanced the tires. Drives great now. Course I haven't had over 55 yet but so far so good. Also I have a couple of rims...

Here's my problem. At speeds below 40 the car drives fine, anything over 40 and the front end wants to jump back and forth, up and down. New tires. Kingpins seem tight. I installed shocks today and the problem it still there. Front end is set at 7 degrees with 1/8 toe in. Going in the morning...
