Well I must say that I have enjoyed the last 4 days off work for the holiday. Three of those days I was able to work on the truck, got a lot of work done the last 3 days.
I removed the old floor and firewall, set a motor and tranny in to get the floor sub frame built, finished the frame from the rear stub to the front end. Built my new floor pans, built the new bed floor structure and mocked up the bedsides and rear valance. I got the nose piece tacked together and ready to get cut for the grill opening.
All in all it was a very productive extended weekend!! So take a look at the pics and give me your feedback on what you all think of the progress!![

Been really cold out and no heat for the garage so progress is slowed up a little. However I will get it striaght cause Donuts1 is kickin my tail with the progress. I'll get some more updates up soon.

LOL!!!! I don't know how ya do it without heat!?!?! I still have a LONG ways, so you should have time to stop and build a heater and still be able to beat me...[P

Hello everyone, I just got done reading a post gregster had started about the build threads. I have completed more of my truck and was really bad by not getting pictures when I was done with the work. I promise this week I will get out there with the camera and get pictures of the progress so all can see where I'm at and give me some feedback on what I'm doing with the build.

I would like to thank all ofthose people who posted the good comments that fueled me toget back cracking on my build!! Even if I have to wear layers of clothes and wait about 1/2 hour for my lights to warm up enough to see while working in my shop. LOL

I will have some updated pics by the end of the week or by this weekend for all to see!!

Thanks Gregster!!!! I have accomplished a lot of work that is not updated to the pic thread!! But I will get them loaded onto the site by Sunday night for sure!! I finally decided ta-Hell with the cold I want to build mt ride!!!

So I've been freezin my tail off so I can be sure to enjot some seat time this spring and summer!!

OK!! Shame on me for not updating my build thread as I was earlier.... But I started to get a lot done and just got into working and not documenting. Anyway my camera is fixed now and I will be taking pics tonight so l;ook for the updates either tonight or tomorrow night.
