This is my first build and the truck was FREE so i took it. The rust was soooo bad at bottom of doors i took 4" off the bottom and built bottom of door and new sills. I figured the seat was up on gas tank aprox 6" so it wouldnt be an interior head room issue later down the road. If need i can build a 4" rocker to go under the door. I was also planning on cutting firewall and back to match door. Am i headed in the right direction.Do not know how to post link but build is racecar to ratrod
