Starting to add thing on

Been kind of slow pulling things off:( and painting:eek:. but getting to add thing with all my fab work at 95%.

looks like an air filter off a semi-truck.

the firewall blacked out against the yellow cab is a great combo.

If you look back on page 2 under heading (Nothing goes to waste) that is the air intake off the 42 moline. I needed some thing for an air intake for the heater and that is what I came up with. had to cut the side out and make a duct out the side into the cab, works like a charm. glad your liken the build things are starting to fly now. got the cab wiring harnes in that I made from the 79 ford that I got the frame from. hooked up some power (no smoke[cl) hope to get my power plant cleaned up and back in in 2 weeks. hope'n only 1 more month and pull her out on her own power.

Inside cab wiring done every thing is lighting up tested all the wires heading out of the cab and all test good. got some dash panels in.

Thanks guys. I have been pounding away evey day 4 to 5 hours afterwork and 12 hour on sat & sun for the last 4 weeks. Hoping to be down to glass in about 3 weeks.
 
Sold 1 of my junkers today got 300 mad monet[cl picked up the rest of my tractor drag links for the back. Most of my 4 link is in just have 2 more peices to cut then air bag mounts and shocks.

7200psi gas ?? :D

I'm up to date on pic's for this truck. have not work on it for 3 months because of my other truck (can see a couple pics on my intro, newb for the GJ CO) but quick run down of stats to date
7200 psi gas
50 lbs wire
35 grinding wheels
4 grinders
3 pairs welding gloves
2 pairs of pants (because of fires)
1 trip to hospital for stitches
endless hours
I broke my camera
 
4 link done, just need bags and shock mounts and the bed will be going back on:D

Looking good, you could also put a shock mount on your lower link arm , and it would work and not be sticking out the back like that. Just a thought.

Why didn't I think of that. I wonder for a week on how to mount the shock and ended with this. I will remember that next time. Thanks
