Here's my '67 Galaxie as I bought it, it was stripped down to make a derby car out of it, I traded an '80 Mercury Capri for it. Also a '64 F-100, I found in a back yard while zipping thru alleys in Erie Pennsylvania, cheap. The Galaxie is 289 /3 speed manual on the column, it's now in red primer, got a new dash pad for it, 14inch chrome chain steering wheel, vintage original torq thrust mags I found 3 cars up in a pile at a scrap yard in Youngstown ,Ohio. My 15 year old son laid claim to the car and has been doing the body work on under my guidance, my son Matthew has turned into just as big a car junkie as I am. The '64 F-100 is up on blocks and covered awaiting our attention. I'm looking to start mocking up my '28 Model A over the winter, I don't have a complete body, I have everything except roof and 1/4 panels, but I have large pieces of sheet metal from many late model vans and other misc.scrapped cars and trucks. The old car in the background is a '50 Chrysler New Yorker.

Looks like you've got some projects...

Post some pics when you decide to start on the 28 or any of the others....do one....post pic's.......[P

You've got a nice vehicle orchard. :) I was eyeing that Chrysler too. F100 looks solid - I've got a 63 I daily drive in the summer.

I also have a '66 F-100, that I drive in the summer, I've had it about 12 years , paid 300 bucks and 2 cords of split firewood for the 66 and 500 for the '64.I read '64 were the last year for the straight axle, and '65 was the split I-beam axle, but this '64 has the split I-beam. Doesn't really matter to me as long as it says Ford on it, FORD - Fine Old Rednecks Dream

Huh. The grill and header panel is 64, but the Twin I-beam is 65 and up. You've got me curious. 61-64 and 65-66 have different frames, cab supports and radiator supports - they don't mix and match well. The grill could have been replaced, but that wouldn't explain if the title calls it a 64.....[S

Is the speedo round or a sweep?

love the fords

when you open the door on the '64 does the floor look the same as the '66 ? What engine is in the '64 ?
