Anyone ever make an intake manifold to put a carb on a fuel injected inline 6?
It doesn't seem that hard but maybe I'm missing something. Specifically I'm looking at older BMW straight 6s. You can get a well used old 325 for about a grand, even cheaper if its got computer/fuel injection issues.
The motor itself is just about indestructable. I'm thinking it would be a cool powertrain if you could get rid of the ECU/fuel injection.
The only carb manifolds out there for them are triple weber ones ($$$$). I'm thinking a single small 4bbl.
