That is my new front porch swing!

That sucker looks like it's pretty well balanced to lift it like that. I may have to try that instead of unbolting the front sheet metal.

Any progress on your truck?

The rear of the cab was sitting on the top of the frame. I was just holding up the front of the cab.

Front sheetmetal is resting on the front of the frame and the cowl. ...a pretty mock-up.

Nope, no recent work. Hopefully the Memphis heat will go away before too long.

I hit the swap meet at Delta River Cruisin' at Samstown Casino in Tunica, MS and found this. A bumper identified as a 51 chevy ? rear bumper with a $40 price tag. I knew it wasn't chevy, and thought it might be raw material for a Fargo bumper. I ended up talking the guy down to $15. I'm pretty sure it originally came on the front of a Studebaker Hawk!

I will just call it a splitter and be one of the cool kids.

It won't stick out much worse than what is on this mustang.

Gonna try and go work on the truck this weekend. Just gotta remember what I had planned for the floors four months ago.

My build threads are as close to taking notes as I get.

On Roofus, an actual journal with sketches would be awesome to have...cause I have taken really long breaks on that build.

I only have ANTI-progress to report.

I have way too much transmission in my cabin. The drop down floors will not work on the passenger side ...unless I have a huge tunnel. I'm either gonna have to raise the body up a couple of inches or drop the engine and trans down....or maybe both.

...and 59 jaguar bucket seats don't really fit.
