Hey, I just picked up half of one of those.

Looks like you have a lot of work to do. Hard to believe there is enough to weld to, but looks like a bang up job so far.

Are you moving the back forward or cutting it off?
 
I have cut it off behind front doors. Thinking about selling rear doors on ebay. I'm. Going to widing body 6in. To fit up to my 40s truck bed.
 
Just thrown up on old frame. I have model a axle setup that needs wishbones done on.

Rex I understand. The rear part of this body was not saveable. I pulled this body like .25 mile out of ditch by myself.
 
It's good you can save something. I found my 26 Touring T inside in an abandoned feed store so there wasn't hardly any rust. I could lower it further by cutting into the body, but as Rex said, there aren't many uncut ones left.
