Here's the latest pictures 1942 Chevy. I have driven it to 3 car shows so far planning to drive over to crusin' the coast. 7 miles per gallon with bad tire wear.

Some people might not think this is not a RatRod but it has Ford parts, Dodge parts, BMW parts, lawnmower parts, with $20 gallon paint. Truck was built in one car garage, cab and tailgate is original, and with a '34 Ford reworked grill.

Wow - really great looking truck. You got any build pics? If so, you should start a thread in the Builds section so we can see all your handi-work.

Doesn't matter if you call it a rat rod or not, you've built a great looking truck. Wish I could go for a ride in it.

to shiney for a rat rod and not shiney enough for a street rod. lets just call it a plain ole hot rod! Nice work!

At 7 mpg and worn out tires, you should be ashamed to drive it. I'll be right over to take it off your hands, you know, to save you from all the embarassment.;)

Thats a great looking HOT ROD,or a very REFINED RAT ROD.No matter what,I love it.And who cares about the gas milage when you have all that power, its worth every penny.
