Too bad you weren't in Alberta I could sell you a beautiful '52 international L110 cab and frame (cab in good shape no glass though frame's been cut up a bit from a previous owner ) I just don't have time to work on 2 at the same time

Hey I already have my fair share unfinished/unstarted projects around the yard to listen to the wifey nag about already.... I dont need your help :D do me a favor and stay in Alberta :eek: ;)
 
some small updates...

finished extending the cowl drip section.... [;)

picked up a G body diff and some boxed arms with poly urethane bushings... :)

also snagged some dropped spindles.... :D

bolt in driveshaft!!!!

just mocked up the drive shaft... took the long section of the original S10 long box 3 piece shaft added the tranny yoke and boom perfect fit [cl :D

figured Id tally up cost so far:

Truck: $100
Sold Box -$100
Sold Motor Trans -$50
350/700r4 $250
G Body Diff w/Arms $100
Dropped Spindles $80
Air Bags (2) $100

So far $480 in hard parts not including fab materials :)
 
don't worry it all goes up from there...... I keep a running tally on all my projects just because..... It gets pretty shocking how all the nickel and dime stuff adds up....

I just came across this forum a few days ago and joined. Your's was one of the first builds I read. I'm curious if you've had any more progress since last posts. I'm looking forward to seeing the outcome as I have a Dakota I've been thinking about doing similar to.
