Would you believe that 55 is a factory convertible? Story that I got from the owner was that it came out of FL, with the steel top welded on like that when he bought it. It still has the chrome convertible windsheild header visible inside ! Guess they got tired of putting on a new cloth top every few years, who knows? It for sure is different, but it kinda grows on you after you look at it a while.
