think i found my driveline - 68 buick 350 w/ trans

with trans and an iroc posi rear end with disc brakes
factory 4 barrel carb, points ign, supposedly runs mint

$600 for all

does this sound like a decent deal and one that would be good for the dodge 53 pickup rat?

going to use a rusty hope front end disc conversion kit so i can use the straight axle

If it is all in great shape, and runs mint, I think it is an okay deal.

yep i posted there too - i been buildibng afew bikes and those guys have always been good to me so i like to run things by them. some of em are prettyy good car guys too!

Yes, there are some very talented guys over there and a lot of motorheads. John from scootersperformance looks like he runs some nice stuff. Post up some pics of your project. There are a lot of really nice and talented guys here as well. This is a great forum.
