I am a Auto Parts Specialist - I say specialist as I have been doing this for over 26 years  and as many of the companies that have employed me are multi franchise there are very few makes I have not been involved with.

I have had a rough 12 months loosing a management role, so now back at the bottom working for a big bodyshop chain as a parts storeman :( but doing some consulting work for a former employer that my lead to something...

Thanks for starting this thread. Always wanted to know what '22 Dodge
was doing in Russia!

No problem! It's interesting to know what everyone does. For some reason I am suprised that not everyone works on cars for a living like I do. I guess maybe I knew that I wouldn't be able to afford to work on my own stuff so I should work on other people's cars. Or maybe it's just too hard to justify going to school to learn about working on cars for my own hobby.

They say you should just follow your heart and do what you love when choosing a career. I love old cars and listening to life stories but never saw a way to support my lavish (as compared to being actually homeless) lifestyle with either of those
