The early T speedsters were real basic. Just a platform for seats and a steering wheel and gas tank, and some flat fenders sometimes.

Any idea what kind of motor that is? Looks like an early aircraft engine, kinda like those WW1 Libertys they used in boat racing.

Check the WOOD frame! Crazy.
 
Ya got us stumped E-Man.. I thought the engine was a Hispano Suiza, but not so. Heres a pic of one--Not a Liberty eather--water cooled--both of em..

The car has JAP on it--an english MC motor I believe, but no air cooled V 8.. The jugs sure look aircraft. I give..

What IS that motor??
