Low rpm misfire on #8 cyl, SBC

My 350 in my dually had a strange light throttle miss i could not nail down. the trans was weak so when it started to shudder off the line i assumed it was the trans it was the head gasket I had slick 50 in it which let it get hot enough before i noticed a drop in power to burn all the paint off...

    Channel ?

I think the hardest parts would be the fronts of the front fenders and that body line from the rocker up and around the rear fender. Channel ?

My apologies to the dude I just decapitated :D no pain no gain! You would step the frame right at the cowl the same amount you sectioned the running boards to avoid having to make the fronts of the fenders taller to reach down to the frame after raising the whole fender with the running board...

Fully Manual auto trans.....does it need built up?

Do they even make a manual valve body for that trans? the way electronic transmissions work... many still have the spool valve that works off the manual gear selector but the pressure ports have solenoid pressure regulators that run off the computer. i suppose those could be manually controlled...

Fully Manual auto trans.....does it need built up?

The parts in an automatic transmission you replace to make it stronger would be the hard parts like planetaries, drums, shafts etc... This raises the KFB factor... Replacing or adding clutches and steelsor adding a shift kit increases hold pressure and helps keep the clutches from slipping but...
