Do you have a Harbor Freight by you. They sell different ones. I like the stacked flapper disc. They come in 60 80 and 120 grit and are great for welds. The ones at the top of this pic. Lungs

These trucks have a real nice flow to the curve in the roof. Adding that 2 inches of metal would make it a bondo slappers dream come true. Relief cutting and getting the post to fit up was in my opinion allot easier, less work, less welding, less bondo. Lungs

hey Sam Fear Measured the 4 corners of the bed on the garage floor since it's pretty level. Yes we are off a bit. Will shim it all after I paint and move the bed back in place. Lungs
