My dad had one of those 71 blue 302 3 on the tree,he had me drive it home from Shawnee OK back to Farmington alone.I was sixteen I got outside OK City seen a guy thumbin a ride stopped picked him up, two miles down the road BIG SIGN do not pick up hitch hikers may be escaped convicts. Needless to say the next exit he was out of the truck..

When I was 20 I had a Duster that was a screamer. I picked up 2 Hikers out side of GJ heading to Denver (250 miles), only dropped below 100 for glenwood cayon, when we pulled into Denver I had to pry their finger off the seats[ddd but I don't drive over 55 now.

Today was front brake day. Just about totaled it a couple days ago, pulled a drum no pad left. New shoes ran her up to 60 brake check nice even grab. At 90 brake check just a little pull but not bad. also found out today if I wanted disc all I have to do is find a late 70's disc set up and slap them rigth on the spindles, the guy I talked to said it work down to a 65.

It looks like you have an exhaust leak and are burning a little oil. You might want to check into that.
