Thanks Small Foot. Just so much up in the air I don't my future. Not sure what I can afford to keep.
Made a lot of saw dust.
Not much to report but I did get the mock up frame built. It took a couple of tries. The first version I would have had to channel the frame up into the floor. I decided that it would use up too much of the foot well. On the second try it will leave the floor flat all the way to the toe board and at stock height.
