Paint?

I have considered just a clear coat of some type. Still not sure what product will stand up here in our environment.

No plan for any body filler as I think the metal work needs to show through the paint. Was thinking satin black epoxy primer as the finish. Maybe some hand painted Celtic theme stripes.
