Smooth move, Ex-Lax. ;) :D

.

Another great example of how this is the greatest site on the web, because of all the knowledge members are willing to share.

I was so proud of my front shock mounts till I read a post by Old Iron on shock angles and mounting them. [S I went out to the shop right after reading the post and measured the angle on the shocks as I had them installed 60 degree's
 according to the charts on the web this puts them at approximately 56% of their dampening ability, just what I need on a Big Block front end.

So here is the redo, amazing how much better they stop the bounce. Thanks Oldiron.

Happy to of been able to help. The mounts look great.
A note about the tires you have on the front.
Tires labeled ST205/75R15 are for trailer use only. The ST stands for Special Trailer which means it is designed for use on boat and utility trailers.
Passenger car tires will be P205/******

Your welcome OI, yes I know about the tires and wheels, they are the spares from my trailers,. They have the right diameter and bolt pattern for the mock up. These are what I'm running on 15x6 Gennie wheels.

Now some progress on the car. I picked up and MBM PBU6002 under dash Master cyl, Booster, pedal assembly. Because there is not a lot of room on the firewall with the BB in front of it, the booster went under the dash leaving only the master on the outside. I built a 16 gauge doubler to put on the inside to stiffen the firewall.
