Today was a nice, sunny afternoon, not too hot, so I decided to drive the Linc to town to take care of some business. Not even halfway there, I was enjoying the ride, when I met a flatbed truck hauling roof trusses on it. I got over toward the shoulder since trusses are usually wide loads, but he had all the overhang on the other side, so I figured I was OK. Then, BAM!!!! I thought I was shot! A huge rock or something flew up and centered the passenger side of my windsheild. It hit so hard, I got hit by specks of glass! Glad it was safety glass! Also glad I have full coverage insurance. Talked to the glass company while I was in town, they can cut me a windsheild, but I'v got to find a gasket. Going to call Grundy in the morning.....

There too Sam! I wear prescription bi focals with clip on shades, so I was protected at least from the front. The sides though, not so much....
