Well, it's not really a rat and sure isn't a muscle car with its slant six but here it is. So this a trade deal where I needed a roof and the roofer needed a paint job and some body work. Seemed like a fair enough trade at the time since most of the previous work had been exposed and I was being forced to replace my "bad" roof by my insurance company. Having just come off of two years of unemployment and spending a good portion of what was left of our savings on a new septic tank the roofer and I struck deal. Well, as you'll see it's a pretty expensive roof but what's done is done. Here's what I started with. It had the original blue paint, then two other white paint jobs and as you can see the owner had started stripping the paint. One of the previous owners had "shaved" the door handles.
