Went to a guys house with lots of old iron today hoping to find something to use on the project and he had zilch Model A material.
He DID have this passenger quarter from a 1940 Chevy Sedan that he was gonna scrap which he ended up giving to me.
I can find no way to make use of it in my Roadster but I couldn't stand to see it be melted down.
Started work on building the truckbed for the project today.
Cut the '49 Chevy bedsides down to 20 inches and completely destroyed the hood from a '64 Falcon that I bought 20 years ago
Gonna use the sheetmetal from the Falcon to make the bottom of the bed.
Got everything cut out now the next step will be to weld it all up!

Ok I have been gone because we took a DIRECT hit from an F4 Tornado during the April 27th Outbreak. The Ghost AND my Mustang were hit hard and garage totally destroyed
A few months later have just now got the building rebuilt and The Ghost put back to pre Tornado condition
Hell of a year! But we are moving on! Next is to attach the front axle as planned before the disaster
