Youngster, That is a very generous offer. If you are willing to go through all that effort, I would gladly try to use the foot locker. I live between Lake Elmo and Stillwater. Every Wed. I go to lunch with two guys from Lake Elmo. I'll bet your brother knows my friend, Barry Weeks, the '40 Chev. truck specialist.

No problem Bob. I was thinking of putting it in my daughters garage sale this summer anyway. If you can use it, it's yours. It ain't pretty but in your hands... who knows. It measures 31" long, 13" deep and 17" wide. Is it something you can use?

I just talked to brother Dale. He said it wouldn't be a problem to haul the locker home Sunday. Glad to see it go to use.

Box looks sweet on there. Any chance your going to Back to the Fifties ? And if so are you bringing any of your cars?

50Ford, I've been to Btt50's ever since it was held in the Midway Shopping Center parking lot with about 150 cars. I'll be there, my son will have one of his cars there, and my 17 year old grandson will be with, although his '38 GMC isn't done yet. You can see his Build thread under the name, Zacho. We usually park by the east end of the coliseum, near the horse barns. Looking forward to meeting you.

Awesome! Im going on friday and saturday only. Ill try and find you guys. Ive read zacho's thread its great. Im looking forward to it also. What car are you taking just so it will be easier to find you guys.?

I sold the truck several years ago to a friend who let politics get in the way of our friendship. Unfortunately Rich passed away a few months ago. Two other friends (brothers) Are helping Barb (the widow) liquidate Rich's stuff. The Cornbinder sat for 4-5 years but they spruced her up, and got her running. Gave Barb a last ride in it. A neighbor saw it go by and offered $8,500 for it. SOLD!
