Well that was a ton of work, but I got the drivers side complete. I'm not planning on any body work just a little paint blending so panel fitment was real important.

Still working on mouse rust repair, ended up having to order new A pillars. But on a side note I have been burning up the computer keyboard trying to economically narrow the track width on the 03 Silverado 2wd to fit the tires in the 59' fenders. Henry came to the rescue. The stock wheel on the 03 is a 6x139.7 BP 16x 7.5 with a 31mm positive offset. Running a 255 70 r16
To get a good fit I need another inch or 25mm of positive offset, not an easy thing to find. But it seems Henry Ford decided to come to the rescue the 2021-23 Broncos come with a 16 or 17" wheel I needed the 17 x 7.5 for clearance on the brakes. The wheel has the 6x139.7 BP and a perfect 55mm offset. There is a hub centric ring available to adapt from the GM 78mm bore to the 93.1 mm Bronco. To keep all the tire dimensions the same I found 255 65 r17 are identical to the 255 70r16. Now the good part seems people buying Broncos want aftermarket aluminum wheels and they sell the new steel ones really cheap I got 5 with 20 kilometers on them for $300. Cdn then I looked on FB market place and a set of almost new Goodyear 255 65r17 were just listed for $50. Each. Need to go buy a lottery ticket.
