1. Where is a cheap place to get 5/8 heim joints to make my radius rods.
2. what is the tallest and skinniest tire I can find for a 15X7" rim try to stay away from coker just looking for a tires size. I`m cool with any tread style.
3. could I put ranger discs on my big ford pattern axle so my bolt patterns will match?
4. I have the original 44gmc gauges but a 2.3 ranger drive train can I match them up or even use a spare harley mechanical tach I have?

i agree with motorhead use the chrome molley, you won't be sorry, never cheap on supension (spelling) that is something to do right.

Heim Joints and weld bungs, just go to midwest control and buy them, that way you cut out the middle man. https://www.midwestcontrol.com/part_family.php?id=8

44 gauges will be 6 volt. Probably can use them but you will need to add resistors at each gauge. You can adapt just about anything. Just do some research first.

Not sure on the brakes but I suppose anything is possible. Depends on how much $$$ you want to spend. You may find it is cheaper to buy a junkyard axle with the set up you want.

thanks guys I was gonna go with urethane rod ends or the "economy" heims from speed way that way I could 90deg all my brackets yet they would line up when I angle the radius rods. the economys sould like something youd replace every oil change with that much movement of steel on steel haha. I`d rather use newer gauges but prices are retarded!are they gold plated on the inside and no one told me!

#4 You may can adapt the speedo cable,On gauges use stock or equivalent sending units and resister down to 6v. The harley tach wont be accurate because of the difference in cylinders.

remember you get what you pay for, i bought many cheap gauges alot of them either didnt work or quit working, i always use Classic Instruments, no gold in them just good engienering

anyone using aluminum heims?

Not on suspension components. Aluminum heims are for stuff like throttle links maybe but alum/ got no strength for hi stress places...:(

QA-1 sells good Heim Joints...

Not overly priced and great quality...... they have all types and sizes...Just a thought....
