Another hair brained idea

I bought a big pile of mini bike parts recently
And decided I was gonna die if I didn’t have one of these tracked bikes

That one has a Crowley three speed tranny
I’m thinking more along the lines of just a regular mini variable speed belt set up and gearing it down to a crawler
