If the law is in the books, there will be some cop who enforces it. One of the questions the judges ask the cop is if they sat in the car and did it obstruct the driver's vision. If yes, guilty. When I use to street race, the cops would always cite for the snorkle hood scoops.

That T is as radical as they come!!
That car is featured on MAS Racing Products website too If I remember right? I hate to think what that sucker cost to build. The chrome plating alone probably cost more than most cars.
