Found a picture of the style, this one was on ebay for a Buick or Olds. Most GM with wire wheel hub caps use it for the antitheft. If you do use this idea, get the lugnuts as well, they have a shoulder on them that traps the adapter. I know that sounds a bit goofy, but as soon as you see one up close installed, you'll see what I mean.

Interesting. Cant say ive ever seen anything like that. I might have just dated myself with that comment but oh well
