When my brother was in Viet Nam he sent me his combat pay and I built a '48 Nash coupe for him. F100 front axle, 9" Ford rear end, T-Bird buckets, t-10 Four speed. I went to a Chevy dealer and bought a first year, brand spanking new 350 short block.

It was a terrific car. Get it if you can.
