Moving forward...
I'm "Frenching" the head lights on the Dodge and doing it the traditional way.
To replace the bulb you will have to remove the buckets form inside the fender.
Most other car makers use clips that take a screw to hold in the buckets. So to make them removable from the rear you just reverse the cilps and screw them in from the back.
Not Dodges. These buckets were held on with short screws going thru the lip of the bucket and into the sheet metal.
First thing is to weld in some bolts.
Then I use a Barrel nut instead of a typical nut. to make it easier to feel what you are doing when you bolt in the bucket.
Enlarge the mounting holes a bit and trim away some metal from the top of the opening.
Insert the buckets from the inside of the fender and bolt them up.
I installed and removed these twice just to make sure.[cl
Some spacers to get an even gap and that's it for now.
