Daughters "New" car build

We have made some progress on the beetle but need to take some photo's.
The daughter was crawling around trying to take the running boards off, she did not succeed as they are rusted on pretty good.
Removed the interior and found that rusty floorboard. New one is on the way.
She sanded and filled the hood, will help her finish it up this weekend.
She wants it red and black, flat black and gloss red. Her color scheme is unique and I am looking forward to seeing how it will look when done.
Most importantly she is spending time with me and getting dirty, I mean real dirty, what with all the sanding.
Quote of the weekend:
"I guess I shouldn't have painted my nails last night. I think I won't paint them again until we get my car done."
