No, I wanted to make sure he meant what I thought he meant & why.
Looking forward to seeing the how, though!

Got my wheels today, had to settle for the ones from the front of the truck that I took the rear end out of, didn't want them cause they were chrome. I painted them flat black & waiting for them to dry so I can paint the center section HD orange.

The wheels are 15X8 and I have some kinda low profile P245-R60-15 rwl.
They are the same ones I had on the old rims but with the new rims being wider I hope I'll lose some height.
Should I go RWL out or BW out?

I wanted to make some homemade www out of them but don't believe they have a complete white band under the black.

Boy, taking those low profile wide tires off of those 6" rims & putting them on the 8's was like taking a fat girl out of spandex & putting her in a moo moo, now they both can breath & look better.[cl

We need more pictures! (of the truck with the rims not the fat girl in spandex ;))

Those rims look great! And I usually don't even like that style of rim. If you go with blackwalls, you could try grinding one white wall and if you don't like it you can just flip it on the inside of the rear.

Also, I haven't come across a tire yet that doesn't have the white band all the way around - but a couple did get a little squiggly where it over lapped - I've done 5 different kinds.

Tires are mounted on the rims & on the truck, I have 4 new brakes and this thing stops on a dime, great pedal.

All of this did come with a price, My sanity, had to walk to parts store to get new lug nuts the drivers side on the new rear end were right hand thread, the guy gave me a box of studs glad I opened them at the store, got back to the shop, wrong lug nuts, had to walk back and exchange, had the Exwife come help me bleed brakes, broke the right rear bleeder grrrrrrr and many explicits but it's back on the road. [cl I'll paint the fronts later tonight
