That is way to cool makes me wanna start golfing. Just so I can tear threw the golf course raising hell chasing the little white ball. You should really think about marketing that thing bet they would sell faster than you could make them.

Know the feeling of wanting to start golfing just to drive this. I have a feeling my golfing would be more like some form of auto-polo though.....

So now that you are almost finished with this little gem, Does that mean the Packard is right around the corner?.....I hope so!

Oh yeah, Im itching to get back to the Packard so this one needs to move over, probably getting onto it in mid Sept.

Got excited today putting parts together when -[S how come the front shocks are too short ??
DOH - installed the front shackles upside down...

Just curious, but what kind of spray gun do you use?? Looks like it does a real nice job, or, you are just that good of an operator!!

HA ! Not a good operator for sure !! Gravity feed HVLP cheapie from Princess Auto (sort of a Canadian version of Harbour Freight) - don't confuse fuzzy pics from my garage for good work...

More assembly done, starting to sort out the wiring..

I just went through this thread again and realized you have done all this in 3 months !!! [cl[cl[cl
Really makes me feel very lazy and wondering if I even have a clue about what I am doing.[S

I have said it before but you are truly amazing at what you do.

Wiring is done as far as I can go before the body goes on, just waiting for the upholstery to get finished.
This may not be news to guys who know their golf carts, but I found this nifty setup to auto-fill the batteries. You just fill the jug with distilled water and plug it in, the batteries automatically fill to the exact right level with no spillage or mess. I traded some of the left over parts from the original Club Car to the store where I bought the cart for it.

Happy, happy, happy :D
Brought the body back from the upholsterer today, I think the browns go well with the black body.

After some head scratching [S , came up with a way to drop the body on - lift it up off the dolly on wood landscape ties on jackstands, roll the frame under and lower it down. Slow and easy does it, a successful landing...

This cart is great, I don't know how you do it, but most custom golf carts look just like a golf cart! but yours looks like a 3/4 size real hot rod which is hard to do. Your design and proportion skills are really over the top! Great work!

Looking great! [cl Top doesn't look a bit too tall to me, looks like an non-chopped factory top! Got to get it all together and get us some more pics![dr
