I've alluded to this 'out of proportion' vision in some of my earlier rants. It's like Burger says, "when this gets sorted out", meaning when you slide that cab forward three feet, take most of the California rake out of it, then chop it, maybe six inches, then mount a three foot box on the back, you might save it.
I'd think that the tractor portion pivots while the the whole driver/upper passenger deck stays stationary. Quite the massive cruiser though - guessing it has GM roots judging by the grille and headlights....
