I am the proud owner of a 1956 Ford F100. It is far from being finished, but it runs and drives. It has a 312 Y Block for the powerplant...I would like to keep it old school with mods only for safety(power disc brakes, power steering,etc.). I plan on a patina shop truck look:):)

Welcome to the board. You were just elected to get the next round of Rolling Rocks for everyone here:D

Welcome from someone who used to live in Latrobe ! :D We left in about 78 or 79 and I bet it has changed a lot since then. I used to work at Imaging Systems up on the hill by the cemetary, and my wife worked at McGinnis Hospital in Ligonier. I still buy Rolling Rock occasionally just for old times sake.

Small world. :D Does the Dairy Queen on 31 by the amusement park still sell that great BBQ chicken every weekend ? My GF and I visited Latrobe and Ligonier in 2001, that was the last time I saw the area.

chicken

If you mean route 30 across from Idlewild Park, then yes, in the summer months. I get it atleast once a year.

I am sorry ,but I'm not good with computers and may have sent a message to the wrong person... The chicken place is on route 30 across from Idlewild Park and yes the do still exist. I have to get my fix atleast once a year

The 312 is bored 60 over with a 650 holley right now,but i have an Elderbrock 573 triple deuce manifold and three stromberg 97s that i want to use soon... It still has cross over single exhaust but I have a set of ramhorns to put on with some Smitty's... Other than that I am polishing up a pair of Thunderbird finned aluminum valve covers and would like to put in a Thumpr cam

if you look at the bottom of the reply each person sends, theres a "quote" and right to the right of that theres a smaller box with a " in it, to do a multi quite which you just hit on each reply that you would like to quote
