Hello from NY.

Hello all, I found this sight, and thought I would join. Really enjoying the great builds. I live on my yacht yr round in NY, in the water, and am retired 101st Airborne, Vietnam Veteran. In the winter, I find interesting projects, along with continual upgrades on my solid mahogany 44' liveaboard.(THAT never ends! LOL) 2 winters ago, I replaced the motor in my Harley 3 wheel golf cart, with a 33CCW snowmobile motor. WWAAYYY too fast! This past winter I rebuilt the body to a 4 wheel 27T, with future plans of adding a VW motor.Along with the great builds here, I hope you welcome a 27T play toy. Thanks for the warm welcome. So far it's 13" smaller then the original. Work in progress...never know when I will change plans..now thinking of a Pinto 4 cylinder, with a 4 speed, and rear end. All depends on how much time I have on my hands.[ddd

Check before you chunck is a tag line
It means if you're goin to send something to the scrapper double check you may need it or ask me I may want it
I'm not a hoarder just hate to see something someone else may be able to use thrown away

Wow- it's been a long time since I updated this thread.
Sorry,I lost links when my PC crashed.
Also Photobucket really stinks now!
Well, since the last post, I have been really busy. I have replaced the front end, due to wheelies. Also reinforced the frame.
Then I didn't like the muffler, so I made some Cherry Bomb duo exhaust. I added some nice wheels also.
Now I'm making the trunk lid.

I haven't drove it since last fall, and now can post video, so I will be posting a video of her running soon, I hope.
