hey everyone my names chops im about to dive in to a 53 chevy 2 door its got a strait 6 which will be gone when im done with the 350 im about to build and needs all the interior redone only thing left is the springs im going to bag it and shave everything and im glad to be apart of this group of people

i like the look sitting fram but i dont want to ride that way i have had low rides in the past and it sux lolso i figured bags are the best way to go

You might not need to trim much of your frame for bags. The rears shouldn't be a problem. The front spring pockets will probably need trimmed. Depends on what you buy for bags. You want about an inch of clearance all around the bag. Basically if you can run your thumb around the bag without touching metal, your OK.
