Shooting.
This video is everywhere,all working cops will justify the shooting. It is clear in the video that both officers are out of shape and neither paid attention in training on how to put cuffs on a suspect. The guy is dead,the officers may have gotton a paid vacation for it while their own people investigate the shooting.If the cops had used the tazers that would have been sufficent force. I agree that women should not be on the street patrols and fat out of shape men shouldn"t be either as they are at a disadvantage and have to rely to much on their weapons to control a situation.
